The Brief
A ritzy pad in the new Raffles Waterfront apartment block was in need of a fit-out as glamorous as its surroundings. With magnificent views of the Swan River, both the alfresco area and interior required furniture that maximised the vistas rather than inhibiting or overpowering them. A storage area and study nook for a computer and printer all had to be fitted into the design.
The owners entertain often and required seating for eight people inside and out, plus a dark-hued carpet suitable for their lifestyle. They also travel regularly and wanted a low maintenance alfresco space.
  
The Solution
The one-bedroom apartment was styled with neutral colours
to make the look easier to update, with splashes of high impact colour  to give it character. Furniture was carefully selected to create a luxurious, yet contemporary look. Including custom piece items to maximise space and storage.
